TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and provision of luxury chauffeur services by Bedford Executive Cars. By booking a journey with us (via website, phone, or email), you agree to be bound by these terms. A contract is formed only when we issue a booking confirmation.
2. Bookings & Confirmations
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We request that bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, although we will make every effort to accommodate short-notice requests.
- Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS containing journey details. Please review this immediately for errors.
- Pricing: Quotes provided are based on the information given. Deviations from the route or additional stops may incur extra charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our chauffeurs.
- Over 24 Hours Notice: Full refund (no charge).
- Under 24 Hours Notice: 50% of the journey fee may be charged.
- Under 4 Hours Notice / No Show: 100% of the journey fee will be charged.
4. Waiting Time
To ensure punctuality for all clients, the following complimentary waiting times apply:
- Airport Pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight lands (we monitor flight statuses).
- Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time.
- Excess Waiting: Thereafter, waiting time is charged at our standard hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
5. Passenger Conduct & Safety
The safety and comfort of our passengers and chauffeurs are paramount.
- No Smoking: A strict no-smoking policy (including e-cigarettes) applies in all vehicles.
- Alcohol & Food: Consumption of alcohol or food is not permitted unless authorized in advance.
- Damages: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior by passengers. A valeting charge of £100 will apply for significant soiling.
6. Liability
Bedford Executive Cars will use all reasonable endeavors to get you to your destination on time.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, accidents, or heavy traffic).
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle, though we will make every effort to return found items.
